When should I hire a TC?

As soon as your contract is executed! Getting your TC involved early ensures no details or deadlines are missed.

Do you communicate directly with clients, title, and lenders?

Yes! With the full service contract to close package, we keep all parties informed and updated — including clients, agents, title, and lenders — so you don’t have to.

Can you draft amendments and addendums?

Yes. While we don’t negotiate terms, we’ll draft the paperwork for your review and get signatures from all parties involved.

Do you handle compliance submissions to my broker?

Absolutely. We manage the entire compliance process, including uploading all required documents and generating your CDA. In fact, we have a compliance-only package.

Do you offer support after the option period ends?

Yes! We track appraisals, ensure documents are approved, coordinate closing logistics, and keep the transaction moving forward.

Can you help if I’m representing both buyer and seller?

Yes, we offer a discounted dual-representation package that makes managing both sides seamless and efficient.

Will you update the MLS status on my listings?

We can update the MLS status (active, under contract, closed, etc.) as directed by you — during normal business hours.

What’s included in your Contract-to-Close service?

Everything from contract review and timeline tracking to compliance, closing coordination, and final file wrap-up. You focus on selling — we’ll handle the rest.

How much do your TC services cost?

Our standard contract-to-close service is $450. We offer a bundled rate of $650 for dual transactions. Other services like full-service listing management $250, MLS input only $100, and compliance-only packages $225 are also available.
